Suzette Doescher is a Certified therapist that began her career as a licensed clinical social worker over 25 years ago. She is a graduate of Tulane University School of Social Work in New Orleans, La.
For the past 35 years, Suzette studied with numerous instructors and practiced a variety of disciplines. Each designed to enhance the quality lifestyles and endeavors of her clients. Her 15 years of business management, marketing and corporate training, education, and meditation studies, allowed her to develop a therapeutic milieu. Suzette works with individuals and groups wanting to learn how to make conscious, enlightened choices to enjoy life, not just endure it.
Suzette has also been a part of the NASW for several years.
Training in Social Work
Recognizing her vocation, Suzette returned to Tulane University in New Orleans to complete her master’s degree in social work. She has been in private practice for the past 36 years. Her work includes instruction on personal improvement and development, as well as working one-on-one with individuals. In addition, she contracts with companies and organizations to conduct workshops, seminars, and customized programs on several topics. Her focus has been in Mental Health, among others. For example, goal achievement, solution-focused problem solving, creative conflict management, communication skills, stress management and possibility thinking. Suzette works as a social worker with an independent practice in Commerce, TX.

Area of Expertise
Suzette is a certified trauma therapist, specializing in cognitive, mindfulness, and transpersonal therapy. In addition, She is certified in hypnotherapy, trauma, Archetypal Pattern Analysis (a Jungian approach), and EMDR. Suzette utilizes these techniques to facilitate her client’s recovery.
She specializes in areas of substance abuse, dual diagnosis, adult and also adolescent mental health. She also treats adult clients with trauma, post traumatic stress, depression, and anxiety.
